Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident before you commit. This policy explains exactly how cancellation and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Before work starts
If you cancel before we begin production, you receive a full refund of anything you’ve paid, less any payment-processing fee charged by the provider. Just tell us in writing at publisher@librum.rs.
2. After work starts
Once production has begun, the work completed up to your cancellation date is payable, because that time and craft have already been spent. Any balance you’ve paid beyond the work done is refunded.
3. After delivery
Because our deliverables are custom digital files made specifically for you, completed work is non-refundable after delivery. Instead, your protection is the revision process: most services include two revision rounds, and if a delivered file doesn’t match what was agreed in the quote, we fix it at no extra charge. If a file we prepared is rejected by a printer or store on technical grounds, we correct it free.
4. What refunds don’t cover
- a change of mind after work has started;
- subjective dissatisfaction with style when the work matches the agreed brief;
- delays caused by missing materials, late feedback, or being unreachable for more than two weeks without notice;
- third-party decisions — a store’s or printer’s policy, pricing or acceptance.
5. The Rights & Representation program
The Rights program runs under its own written agreement, with its own terms. This Refund Policy covers production services.
6. How to request
Email publisher@librum.rs with your project details and what you’d like resolved. We aim to respond within a few business days. Bank charges, transfer fees and payment-provider charges on refunds are your responsibility.
